Lighthouse was founded with the simple but powerful belief that everyone deserves a safe, affordable quality community to live in. Our vast experience has afforded us many opportunities to see the broken and dark side of this industry. We have a vision to Be Different- to be the LIGHT. We created a business focused on investing with purpose, managing with purpose, mentoring, educating, and empowering others to build and invest in thriving communities. We strive to connect the unconnected and truly make a difference in the lives the of the residents we are so fortunate to be able to provide a home for. We genuinely believe that we were made for a purpose bigger than ourselves. This foundation, belief and vision shapes everything we do today.
