Lighthouse Multifamily Solutions (“Lighthouse,” “we,” “us”) runs this website to tell owners, lenders, investors, and partners about our services. This policy explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and your choices. Resident portals and property websites have their own policies.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: name, company, email, phone, the type of inquiry you select, property details, and your message. Only a few fields are required.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and how long you stay. We collect this through the cookies and analytics tools described below.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your inquiry and route it to the right person
- Schedule and prepare for calls you book with us
- Understand which pages and services are useful, so we can improve the site
- Keep the site secure and filter out spam
- Meet legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell personal information. Filling out the contact form does not put you on a marketing list; if we ever start a newsletter, joining will be a separate choice.
Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site and business: web host, email provider, form and spam-filtering tools, scheduling software, and analytics. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- Professional advisors such as accountants or attorneys.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- A successor business, if Lighthouse is sold or merged. We would tell you.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses:
- Necessary cookies that make the site work and remember your cookie preferences.
- Analytics that tell us, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. We currently use a privacy-focused analytics tool that stores data on our own site. If we add Google Analytics, we will update this policy, and Google may then set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
Where the law requires consent, a banner appears on your first visit and you can accept or decline non-essential cookies there, or change your choice later through the cookie settings link in the footer. Blocking cookies in your browser also works, though some features may stop.
Third-party embeds
Some pages include content hosted by other companies:
- YouTube videos. When you play one, YouTube may set cookies and collect viewing data under Google’s privacy policy.
- Calendly scheduling. When you book a call, what you enter goes to Calendly under its privacy policy, and we receive it to prepare for the call.
We choose privacy-friendly embed settings where they are offered.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions as long as needed to respond and, where an inquiry becomes a business relationship, for the life of that relationship plus the period our records policies require. Analytics data is kept in aggregate, generally no more than 26 months. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Decline non-essential cookies
- Opt out of any future marketing messages
To make a request, use the contact form on this site and choose “Media or something else.” We respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
Children
This site is for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top will move, and significant changes will be noted here.
