The be the LIGHT project was created after many years of observing that so many investments fail or neglect to understand the lasting impact of truly Building Quality Communities on Purpose for Purpose. We understand that most people desire to be part of a Community, expecially in a place that they call home. We have strategically developed this program to empower our residents. We have partnered with local and national resources to Connect the Unconnected, to identify and build Intentional Communities for Unintentional Circustances, provide Opportunities for Growth, and ultimately create a place where our residents are VALUED and given an enviroment to THRIVE, not just survive!
We genuinely want to not only create generational wealth with our real estate investments but to also intentionally invest in the wealth of the our residents lives and to build thriving sustainable communities that we are all proud to be a part of!
Housing is more than just shelter
L - Lead
For every asset we own or manage, we take the time to LEARN our market and identify what our prospects and residents are looking for in a home and in a community. We LEAD them to our local and national resource partners as needed for support. We LEAD them to Opportunities in our Communities for personal, spiritual, financial or physical growth and prosperiety.
I - Inspire
We host activities and events that will INSPIRE and motivate our residents and provide a positive and uplifting experiences while living in our Community
G - Grow
Our be the LIGHT team has created very intentional plans to help identify the specific needs in our community and provide resource solutions, events or meetings to allow our residents to be a part of oppourtunites for positive GROWTH.
H - Help
We have spent countless hours building relationships with local and national partners and investors to build a toolbox of resources to HELP empower our residents.
T - Teach
We believe that we want to be part of the solution, not enable the problem. Lighthouse strives to be the LIGHT to our residents and provide them with support, encouragement, enrichment, motivation, leadership, and resources that will help TEACH them to be strong, healthy, self-sustainable and empower them with lasting skills and optimistic attitudes that go beyond our community to positively impact the world!
